We answer every email within two business days, and usually sooner.

What we can help with

  • Before you order — dimensions, finishes, materials, assembly requirements, or whether an item is in stock

  • Freight delivery — scheduling your delivery appointment, and what to check before you sign for a shipment
  • Damage or missing parts — send us photographs and your order number and we will arrange replacement parts or a replacement item
  • Returns — how to start a return and obtain an RMA number

If your item arrived damaged

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, then contact us with your order number and photographs of the packaging and the item. Where replacement parts will resolve the problem we supply them at no charge; otherwise we arrange and pay for the return ourselves. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Every item we sell is brand new and genuine, bought from the manufacturer or its authorized distribution and shipped in the manufacturer's original packaging. Our Authorized Brands & Sourcing page lists every manufacturer whose products appear in our catalogue and explains how to verify any item against that manufacturer's own model numbers and barcodes.
